CMPC is elected as “Top Ser Humano 2023” in Brazil

Through ABRH-RS (Brazilian Association of Human Resources – Rio Grande do Sul), CMPC has been recognized for the second time as a benchmark in human resources management, human development, and social responsibility.

Promoted by ABRH-RS (Brazilian Association of Human Resources – Rio Grande do Sul), the “Top Ser Humano” is an award that highlights and recognizes companies in Brazil that make differentiated and innovative contributions to human resources management.

CMPC received the award in the Organization category, with the project “CMPC Operators Training Program,” aimed at training professionals for the industrial operation process. The initiative sought to ensure understanding of the qualified requirement through personalized training, conducted in partnership with SENAI (National Service for Industrial Apprenticeship – Brazil), a Brazilian private institution of public interest.

With this innovative program and recognition, through its pulp mill in Guaíba, CMPC achieves a milestone by being distinguished in the Brazilian state of Rio Grande do Sul as a company that is a reference in human resources management, human development, and social responsibility, promoting our employer brand in this country and showcasing the company’s potential to personalized care for its employees.
