“I am passionate about early childhood development. I want every child to reach their full potential. In particular, my goal is to help the country’s most vulnerable communities improve the education and development of their children through their teachers, parents, and caregivers. Our boys and girls are the future, and that’s why we are so committed to early childhood and its education,” Carolina Andueza said about her motivation to work on issues of childhood and early education.

Throughout her career, Carolina has driven various programs and networks focused on early childhood and reading, founding HIPPY Chile, a program that seeks to empower parents and has benefited more than 1,000 families. Additionally, since last year, she has been the president of the Executive Committee of the public-private network For a Chile that Reads, which seeks to contribute to initiatives addressing learning gaps in students’ reading.
